 Currently I want to improve my design skills so I think about the business side of things. Recently I have been doing the Design Thinking - IBM courses https://www.ibm.com/design/thinking/ and I finished that course by working with Ed Kelly and the Stroke Foundation to help them improve their website but I want to delve in it much better by actually going back to learning and applying.

The Parish Walk is one of the most challenging events on the Isle of Man, requiring extensive preparation to complete the full 85 miles or even to participate without injury while enjoying the experience. I had the opportunity to work with IFGL's communications team and Richard Gerrard, a five-time winner of the Parish Walk, to produce a script and coordinate an interview/video shoot. This has challenge me in setting up the camera, lighting, and green screen to ensure a professional production.  To clearly communicate my vision for the final video, I created a storyboard , which helped align the team and Richard Gerrard on the project’s direction. Problem solving through animation

Our social media assistant recently had a thought of doing a count up of 12 days of christmas. I just thought this would be a great opportunity to practice some animation. I always think that animation connects to problem solving -  How are we going to make these static lines move? How are we going to make these lines appear as if they are all connected to each other? Which part are we going to hide/show? How are we going to do it? Using Adobe illustrator/after effects. I was able to create 12 mini animations to do a 12 days count up. Lesson learned:  We should have done a count down so when we look at our IG feed it goes. 1-12 not 12 to 1.
